The Initial Consultation $200

The initial consultation will consist of a 90 minute discussion where we'll dive into your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs. This session will include a thorough discussion of your goals, an overview of potential functional lab testing. After the initial consultation you can expect a tailored action plan to guide your journey towards optimal wellness. Please note this option is for first time clients.

The follow up $95/$150

The follow up session will consist of a 30 or 60 minute discussion and is designed to review your progress, assess any new developments, and refine your personalized wellness plan. During this session, we'll discuss your experience, analyze any recent lab results, and make necessary adjustments to ensure your goals are being met effectively.
